Removal of Portfolio Content
Cooper may remove portfolio content that:

- violates community standards
Users remain solely responsible for portfolio materials uploaded to Cooper.

As a discovery-first professional community, Cooper recognizes that usernames, creator identities, public figures, organizations, and brands carry reputational and professional value.

- falsely representing affiliation with a company, brand, institution, or public figure
- registering usernames intended to mislead users about identity or ownership
- creating fake verification signals
- selling usernames associated with brands or public figures
- engaging in cybersquatting or identity-based abuse
Cybersquatting
Cooper defines cybersquatting as the registration, use, reservation, acquisition, or control of usernames, handles, or profile identities in bad faith with the intent to:
- profit from another party’s identity or reputation
- mislead users
- block legitimate access to a recognized identity
- create confusion regarding affiliation or ownership
Cybersquatting may apply even if the account is inactive.
Rights of Legitimate Holders
Legitimate owners of trademarks, organizations, brands, creator identities, or public figure identities may request review, transfer, recovery, restriction, or removal of accounts or usernames that violate this policy.
Cooper reserves the right to:
- reassign usernames
- remove misleading handles
- suspend accounts
- reserve names associated with public interest or platform integrity
Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- username reassignment
- removal of verification status
- account restrictions
- suspension
- permanent removal from Cooper
